Private Events in our Brewery

Looking for something different for your next private event? Why not have it at a brewery? Vicious Fishes Brewery can host your next event! Our venue is perfect for business meetings, birthday parties, mixers, happy hours, team building events, or anything in between. Our taproom can accommodate up to 70 people standing or 40 people for a seated event. We can open the roll-up garage door into the brewery for a distinctive overflow space among the brewing equipment. Our location also offers a welcoming biergarten with picnic tables and seating around our fire pit.

 

Our tasting room features 15 rotating taps of our craft beers. We also offer exceptional wines, cider, and non-alcoholic options, so there’s certain to be something for everyone.

 

ABOUT US

We are located in Angier, NC, 19 miles from Raleigh and 7 miles from downtown Fuquay-Varina. Our taproom features up to 15 rotating taps of our craft beers, a clean, modern aesthetic with a variety of seating options from 4 person tables, communal seating, and a large bar. We have five flat screen TVs with HDMI inputs for multimedia presentations.  We provide free WiFi Internet access. We also have a custom sound system which can stream online music or accommodate your streaming source for private events. We are fully ADA compliant.

 

FUN ACTIVITIES

We can coordinate a variety of fun and distinctive activities to make your day awesome. We have relationships with many local bands, food trucks, and even a company that offers hatchet throwing for a fun team building exercise!

 

FOOD AND BAR

Bar minimums are included in the booking rate and typically serve up to 80 guests. Our competitive minimum bar tabs ensure that your money is going towards the purchase of beverages to help you stay within a tight budget. No separate rental fee required! After the hosted bar tab has been reached, you may choose to add more or close out. At this point orders turn into an additional purchase in the form of a cash bar or a new tab on a guest provided credit card.

 

For food, you can bring in your own caterer or your own food at no additional charges from us. Alternatively, we can also arrange a food truck to be onsite. 

 

PRICING

  • All bookings include a host who will manage the event and serve your guests. Bookings require a 3-Hour Bar Tab Minimum

  • Evening events rate schedule:

    • Friday & Saturday

      • 4pm - 11pm = $600/hr + tax & tip

    • Sunday through Thursday

      • 4pm - 10pm = $500/hr + tax & tip

  • Day events rate schedule:

    • Saturday & Sunday

      • ​9am - 4pm = $600/hr + tax & tip ​

    • Monday through Friday, closed to events due to production in the brewery​

OTHER RULES & CONSIDERATIONS

  • No open flames, other than our fire pit

  • Our ABC license allows us to pour beer, wine and cider. We are not permitted to pour hard liquor

  • You are welcome to decorate for your special event, but please no glitter.

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date

  • The listed hourly rates do not include taxes (7.25%) and gratuity (18%)
