We decided this unfiltered Munich Helles should come to you extra super fresh. Typically, we’d lager this beer for a month or more. But who says good things come to those who wait?! Fresh beer is great beer!
Italian Pilsner - International Pilsner - 4.7% ABV
We had the opportunity to select Saaz hops from among four different Czech regions. This lot was our favorite! A dry-hopped Pilsner is the perfect vehicle to showcase the characteristics of these lovely hops.
Hall Pass - Saison - 4.7% ABV
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Pinehurst Brewing Company, this light easy drinking Belgian ale has subtle fruity notes with a slight peppery finish.
HOPPY
Here Be Dragons - Hazy IPA - 6.7% ABV
Our flagship IPA delivers lush tropical and stone-fruit flavors in the New England-style. Even with a ridiculous amount of hops, this dragon somehow remains light on the palate.
El Tiburón - West Coast IPA - 7.1% ABV
This IPA is inspired by the West Coast style. Hop notes bursting with ripe orange peels, peaches, and pine. A balanced bitterness means this Shark might bite, but only a little.
Simcoe IPA - West Coast IPA - 7.6% ABV
This is the smallest of our small batches and we had an ultra-fresh lot of Simcoe hops to feature. This IPA is built on a low-color version of one of our favorite malts, so that we can highlight all the fruity & danky characteristics we’ve come to love from Simcoe!

Jolie Rouge - Red Ale - 6.0% ABV
The first Pirates flew a fearsome red flag that the French termed Jolie Rouge ("Pretty Red") and later became the common name for the Jolly Roger. This delicious, malty and floral red ale will steal your heart and earn your dying loyalty.

PlioSour - Sour IPA - American Sour IPA - 5.0% ABV
Is it a Sour beer? Is it an IPA? It’s both! We gave this one a ferocious dose of Citra hops and let a blend of our sour and IPA yeast strains compete for supremacy
Prickly Pear Gose - Gose - 3.5% ABV
Pink from 160# of prickly pear puree, blended with coriander and Himalayan Sea salt. This one's lightly tart for PlioSour fans with a nice salinity on the palate
ROASTY
White Russian - Strong Ale - 8.4% ABV
We have faithfully replicated a White Russian cocktail in beer form. Comrades, this libation is super creamy and is built through a magical mix of Piranha Joe coffee, milk sugar and oats.
Mooncusser Imperial Stout - Imperial Stout - 10.4% ABV
Dark as night and fierce as a sword fight, this imperial stout pours with a thick, seductively creamy tan head and brings its fire through robust notes of baker's chocolate, fresh black coffee and a hint of molasses. At 10.5%, it'll raise your mainsail and shiver ye timbers. Gold Medal winner at 2019 NC Brewer's Cup
