

Taproom Inspirations
Recently, we picked up a backbar cooler off of Craigslist. Since we had to rent a truck to move it to the brewery, we took the occasion to move other things we might need soon, including my table saw and kegerator. Envisioning a Taproom
It wouldn't be quite right to say we're starting with a blank canvas. But we do have a lot of flexibility right now in laying out how the brewery's taproom will work and its finish details. That flexibility is kind of locking us up right now. Unfortunately, we don't have the luxury of time on our side. Sledgehammer
Now that we've finally got keys to the brewery, it's time to accelerate getting it in shape. As mentioned last time, the taproom was quite dark and closed in. Among other things, we intend to raise the ceiling, remove the office and cooler that encroached on the taproom and build a brand new bar. On Saturday, I set off to start demolition.
